Aufgrund unseres Wachstums suchen wir eine führungsstarke Persönlichkeit im Bereich Sales und Account Management, welche unser fünfköpfiges Sales Team leitet und unsere Kundenbeziehungen weiterentwickelt.

Dein Wirkungsfeld
  • Fachliche sowie personelle Führung unseres fünfköpfigen Teams
  • Neben der Leitung des Teams und der Betreuung von Accounts umfasst die Position auch aktive Verkaufsaktivitäten und die Verantwortung für den Vertriebserfolg
  • Koordination von Verkaufsprozessen und Kampagnen sowie Leitung und Mitarbeit in Projekten
  • Sicherstellung der qualitativen und quantitativen Zielerreichung im Verkauf
  • Key Account Management: Selbständige Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung ausgewählter Grosskunden
  • Cross- und Upselling: Ausbau von langfristigen Geschäftsbeziehungen
  • Verantwortlich für das Kennzahlen Reporting, Erstellung und Analyse von Berichten zu Vertriebskennzahlen und KPIs
  • Direktes Reporting an den Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
  • Repräsentation der Firma an Messen und Anlässen
Dein Profil
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Sales und Account Manager mit Fokus IT/ Cyber Security Services
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Führungserfahrung
  • Hervorragende soziale Kompetenzen, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Vertraut mit dem Ablauf eines RFI und RFP
  • Proaktiver Team Player, der aktiv mit anderen Bereichen Projekte und Massnahmen entwickelt
  • Du verstehst die Anforderungen der Kunden und kennst ihre Bedürfnisse sowohl auf organisatorischer als auch und kommerzieller Ebene
  • Netzwerk im Cyber Security Markt von Vorteil
  • Teamplayer mit Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und fliessendem Englisch; Französisch oder andere Sprachen von Vorteil
