Job Description:

As an SAP HCM Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the implementation, configuration, and support of the SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions across various industries and domains.

Your responsibilities will include:
  1. SuccessFactors Configuration: Configuring various SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance, and Learning.
  2. HCM Configuration: Configuring various HCM modules such as Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Payroll, Time Management, and Benefits.
  3. Process Optimization: Analyzing existing HR processes and recommending improvements to streamline operations across both SuccessFactors and on-premise HCM systems.
  4. Data Migration: Overseeing the migration of HR data from legacy systems to SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM.
  5. Testing and Implementation: Participating in system testing, user acceptance testing, and go-live activities for both SuccessFactors and SAP HCM implementations.
  6. Post-Implementation Support: Providing ongoing support and maintenance for SuccessFactors and SAP HCM solutions.
Qualifications and Experience:
  1. 5+ years of hands-on experience in SuccessFactors implementation and support, with a strong focus on at least 3 core modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding).
  2. 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM implementation and support.
  3. Strong functional knowledge of SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance, and Learning.
  4. Strong functional knowledge of SAP HCM modules, including OM, PA, Payroll, Time Management, and Benefits.
  5. Experience in configuring complex HR processes and workflows within both SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
  6. Proficiency in data migration and integration techniques, including experience with SuccessFactors APIs and integrations with other systems.
  7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Experience in a regulated industry, such as banking or finance, is highly preferred.
  9. ABAP programming skills are a significant advantage.
  10. SuccessFactors certification(s) are a strong plus.
