We are currently looking for a highly motivated and qualified IT Onsite Support Specialist - 60% -80% to join our client's innovative engineering team in Basel.ResponsibilitiesPerform IMACD activities: Install, Move, Add, Change, and Delete hardware / software componentsProvide expert troubleshooting for Citrix and Windows-based systemsServe as the primary onsite support contact for end usersDeliver dedicated support to VIP users, ensuring high service standardsCollaborate closely with clients to maintain and improve service qualityParticipate in process optimization and contribute to project initiativesWhat we are looking forCompleted IT apprenticeship (EFZ) or equivalent professional experienceSolid expertise in Windows 11, Active Directory, and SCCMProven experience in supporting complex workplace IT environmentsITIL Foundation certification is a strong advantagePossession of a valid driver's licenseClean criminal and financial record (documentation not older than 3 months)Additional InformationStart Date: ImmediateContract Type: 7 months (option of extension)Workload: 60% to 80% (approx. 24 hours / week)Remote Work: Not availablePikett Service: RequiredWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30-17:30 (block times apply)Language Requirements: German (C1), Swiss German (B2), English (B2) #J-18808-Ljbffr
