Global Senior Product Manager Maternity Care

As a member of our global Marketing team, you will lead the development and management of a specific product portfolio, focusing on innovation and continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure our products meet the needs of patients, healthcare providers, and hospitals while driving profitable growth. We are seeking an experienced professional with in-depth knowledge of the hospital business and digital solutions. This role offers you the opportunity to take ownership and shape high-quality products for the future.

This is what you can move- Define a product roadmap for hospital solutions aligned with company goals and market needs, collaborating closely with category PMs, regions, and cross-functional teams.
- Oversee the product journey from ideation to end-of-life, using data to track performance, understand user behavior, and drive ongoing improvements.
- Engage stakeholders to understand clinical workflows and pain points, translating these insights into actionable user stories with clear criteria, and coordinating cross-functional teams for timely solution delivery.
- Conduct in-depth market research to spot trends and transform customer pain points into valuable business opportunities and compelling value propositions.
- Develop profitable go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and claims pipelines, collaborating with Regional teams to create communication assets.
- Act as a category leader, ensuring alignment on product priorities, timelines, and requirements with Medical Affairs, Clinical, Quality, and Regulatory teams to drive solutions that meet clinical standards.
- University degree in a business related field.
- At least 8-10 years in a similar product management position in Medical devices and hospital channel industry is a must.
- Strong understanding of hospital needs, systems, workflows and patient care.
- English fluent written & spoken, German written & spoken preferred.
- Project management skills and experience with Agile methodologies is an advantage.
- Proven track record of leading global product launches from concept to execution.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
