The Marketing Coordinator has a key position for the execution of e-mail campaigns in order to increase sales online and in stores. He or she supports the team by carrying out promotions and cross-channel campaigns.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Adapts the BTL and POS/POP materials in cooperation with graphic agencies and printing houses as well as partners.
  2. Manages projects, webinars, and e-learning platforms.
  3. Coordinates and supports all events, including ship naming ceremonies, trade events, and touristic fairs.
  4. Writes and edits texts for newsletters, advertorials, websites, etc.
  5. Supports E-Commerce (B2C and B2B websites).
  6. Oversees backup content and community management for social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube) for the D-A-CH country offices.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, any equivalent education, or various experience in the field of marketing or PR & Communications.
  2. Excellent oral and written German (C-level) and English.
  3. Extended knowledge and command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), as well as Adobe graphics and image editing programs (InDesign and Photoshop).
  4. Enjoys writing creative texts.
  5. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  6. Self-sufficient way of working, flexibility, and strong organizational skills.

VISA REQUIREMENTS

EU Passport or right to work in Austria.
