Job Description:On behalf of one of our clients, we are seeking a Marketing & Events Coordinator.
Responsibilities:- Support the execution of the marketing strategy.
- Coordinate the communication and execution of annual event plans.
- Act as the key contact with internal and external partners, suppliers, and local staff.
- Prepare, send, and track invitations and correspondence with guests and participants.
- Involve in all aspects of events and meetings organization, including logistics and accommodation.
- Manage the budget and follow up on invoices and expenses related to events, ensuring payments and documentation are completed.
- Manage ad-hoc projects.
- Marketing or Business Management degree.
- 2-3 years’ experience in marketing/events.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of private banking products and solutions is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
- Ability to multi-task and attention to detail.
- Curiosity and strong organizational skills.
- Perfectly bilingual in English & French, with the ability to write in both languages.
- Swiss residency.
