Nach der Mittelschule muss es nicht unbedingt gleich ein Studium sein. Starte durch bei der Allianz und mach den Abschluss zum Young Insurance Professional VBV. Willkommen sind alle, die die gymnasiale oder die berufliche Matura beziehungsweise die Handelsmittelschule (HMS-Plus) inklusive Praktikum in der Tasche haben. Gehörst auch du dazu? Dann wage jetzt den Berufseinstieg in die Versicherungsbranche.

Das gehört zum Programm

Mit unserem 18-monatigen Programm verbindest du praktische Erfahrung mit einer fundierten Ausbildung in der Versicherungsbranche. Du lernst bei einem der grössten Finanzdienstleister alles, was du für eine Karriere in der Versicherungsbranche lernen musst – und noch viel mehr Denn unser Programm für Maturanden und Maturandinnen ist nicht einfach ein Praktikum oder ein normaler Job: Von Anfang an wirkst du aktiv mit und wirst fachlich gefördert. Du kannst dein theoretisches Wissen, das du zum Teil schon mitbringst, zum Teil aber auch bei uns lernst, in vielen unterschiedlichen Bereichen einbringen. Und du lernst jeden Tag viel Neues aus der Berufspraxis dazu. Zudem legen wir sehr viel Wert darauf, dass unsere Maturandinnen und Maturanden auch eigene innovative Ideen umsetzen und die Zukunft der Versicherungsbranche mitprägen können. So stehen dir am Schluss die Türen bei uns und in der ganzen Branche offen.

Das bringst du mit
  • Gymnasiale Maturität, Handelsmittelschule mit Berufsmatura (HMS Plus) oder Grundbildung mit Berufsmatura mit guten schulischen Gesamtleistungen
  • Grosses Interesse an der Versicherungsindustrie und Motivation
  • Gute Anwendungskenntnisse der gängigen Informatiksysteme und Kommunikationsmittel
  • Kommunikationsstark und Freude im Team zu arbeiten
  • Einsatzbereitschaft, Motivation und Zuverlässigkeit
