Mechanic Engine Inspection (Incoming/Outgoing)Your tasks
  • Preparation of Pratt & Whitney PW4000 and CFM International CFM56 engines for maintenance, such as unwrapping, de-preservation, etc.
  • Handle of Pratt & Whitney PW4000 and CFM International CFM56 engines between ship stands, pedestals and trailers in accordance with the manufacturer's manuals
  • Perform incoming inspection of Pratt & Whitney PW4000 and CFM International CFM56 engines in accordance with the manufacturer's manuals. Report findings to engineering
  • Perform outgoing inspection of Pratt & Whitney PW4000 and CFM International CFM56 engines in accordance with the manufacturer's manuals. Initiate corrective actions in case of findings
  • Documentation of installed Engine Components with Vocollect System
  • Timely execution and independent self-control of performed orders
  • Documentation of activities assigned in accordance with regulations
  • Continuous improvement of executed processes, aiming improvement of quality and reducing production cost
Your profile
  • Completed technical vocational training, preferably specialized in metal (Polymechanics, machine mechanics, automobile mechanics or equivalent)
  • 2+ years of experience
  • In case of field assistance: willingness to travel
  • Willingness to work in two shifts
  • Solid communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Independent, precise, and responsible work
  • Open-minded, dedicated team player
  • High safety, quality, and cost awareness
  • Solid in MS Office and SAP experience
  • German and English Level B1
