ViCOLLECTIVE:We are Vivi Kola and ViCAFE – Fresher. More alert. More active. We make drinks that offer more than just water and flavor, for body and mind.

ViCAFE operates 17 espresso bars in Zurich, Basel and Eglisau (soon also in Lausanne), has its own roastery and stands for high-quality coffee with a direct connection to the producers. Our vision is to create extraordinary coffee experiences while promoting social, ecological and financial sustainability along the entire value chain.

Vivi Kola is a traditional Swiss beverage brand. We stand for honest drinks made from natural ingredients. Self-distributed and produced. With a big pinch of Vivi. Our own bottling plant in Eglisau guarantees the highest quality and authentic taste.

You're guaranteed not to get bored with us. Both brands share a passion for inspiring people with unique products.

YOUR MISSION WITH US

You are always on the move, love events – big or small – and don't let anything ruffle your feathers. You are creative, organized and hands-on, and you also enjoy explaining what makes a good social media video. You are enthusiastic about the beverage industry, passionate about coffee, and ideally have some initial marketing experience.

As a marketing intern, you are a crucial part of our small, dynamic team and support us in positioning Vivi Kola & ViCAFE as up-and-coming brands. You bring your creativity and entrepreneurial spirit to inspire people with our products.

YOUR TASKS

Marketing & Sponsoring Enquiries: You are the point of contact for external enquiries and help us to make our brand visible in the right places.

Events & Promotions: You actively help with the planning and execution of events, festivals, trade fairs and tastings. You take responsibility for internal and external events – and bring our brands to the people.

Social Media & Content Creation: You support us in creating and implementing social media strategies, SEA & SEO, creating creative content and ensuring inspiring communication.

Merchandise & Sales Items: You take care of the administration of our merchandise and sales items so that everything runs smoothly.

Brand Development: With a lot of initiative, innovative ideas and a can-do mentality, you help to bring our brands Vivi Kola and ViCAFE to the people. You get actively involved and help shape the brand, always with the aim of promoting sales.

Production: You contribute your creativity to photo and video shoots.

Implementation: You independently implement smaller marketing projects.


WHAT YOU BRING

  • Ideally, you have a bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or a related field. We also consider applicants who are completing their studies part-time.
  • A strong sense of language: you can write and correct texts and inspire people with your words.
  • You have a strong sense for visual strategies and an exceptional attention to detail and precision.
  • Self-confidence and the ability to work independently and take responsibility.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a growth mindset – you want to do more than just gain work experience.
  • You are a dynamic, highly motivated personality with initiative and fresh ideas.
  • Creativity and the ability to present our products in a way that makes people thirsty and hungry for more.
