Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Durchführung aller Einkaufsaktivitäten (operativ und strategisch) in der Angebotsphase und der Projektrealisierung in technischen Projekten
  • Vertretung der Interessen des Einkaufs im Projekt und Angebot
  • Unterstützung von Kundenprojekten als Teilprojektmanager Procurement
  • Gestaltung und Verhandlung von Verträgen in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Einkaufsstrategien für die zu verantwortenden Warengruppen
  • Preis- und Beschaffungsmarktanalyse
  • Lieferantenmanagement: Auswahl, Verhandlung und Betreuung nationaler und internationaler Lieferanten
  • Entwicklung von Einkaufsstrategien zur Optimierung von Kosten, Qualität und Lieferzeiten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen (z. B. Sales, Produktion, Logistik)
  • Risikomanagement im Einkauf und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Beschaffungsprozesse
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Einsparpotenzialen
Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung, von Vorteil mit einer Weiterbildung als Technischer Kaufmann/frau, dipl. Einkaufsfachmann/frau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projekteinkauf komplexer technischer Produkte und Systeme
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Vertragsgestaltung und -verhandlung
  • Methoden- und Prozesskompetenz in den Bereichen Lieferanten- und Projektmanagement
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie profunde analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Pragmatismus und Durchsetzungsvermögen versetzen Sie in die Lage, Einkaufsaktivitäten innerhalb eines Kundenprojektes zielorientiert voranzutreiben
  • Versiert im Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen
  • Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Internationale Reisebereitschaft in geringem Umfang
