Insolight is an innovative company founded in 2015 and based in Renens (CH), specialized in the design, development and construction of agrivoltaic installations, across Switzerland, France and Italy. We are now multiplying projects with growers across Europe, with more than 200 MWp of projects in active development. Our team is passionate about building a solution that impacts both energy and agriculture, tackling multiple Sustainable Development Goals at once. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Software Developer to contribute to the development of simulation, monitoring and control software for our agrivoltaic installations. The ideal candidate will hold a degree from an engineering or technical school and demonstrate expertise in web technologies and/or embedded software. Additional knowledge in electronics or electrical engineering will be considered a strong asset. We seek someone with total commitment, enthusiasm for thriving in a fast-paced environment, and a keen attention to detail to help ensure the success of our projects. Role and key responsibilities Contribute to the development and maintenance of web and embedded applications Take part in on-site commissioning of agrivoltaic installations (set-up and configuration of monitoring hardware, sensors, internet connection, etc.) Troubleshoot and resolve software issues both remotely and on-site Optimize application performance and quality What we are looking for Technical degree from engineering school (HES) or similar Practical knowledge in web development (PHP, React…) and/or embedded software (Python) Knowledge in electronics or electrical engineering a plus Flexible and able to successfully navigate in a fast-paced organization Fluent in French and English, German or Italian a plus What we offer A multicultural, dynamic, and friendly environment Remote and face-to-face work in our offices in Renens (VD) Part-time work possible Remuneration includes stock options and a variable part based on performance #J-18808-Ljbffr
