Aufgaben

  1. Entwicklung und Optimierung von Produkten von der Konzeptphase bis zur Serienreife
  2. Erstellung technischer Spezifikationen sowie Durchführung von Machbarkeitsstudien und Tests
  3. Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams, um technische Lösungen zu entwickeln und umzusetzen
  4. Überwachung und Analyse der Produktperformance, um kontinuierliche Verbesserungen sicherzustellen
  5. Betreuung von Kundenprojekten und Unterstützung bei technischen Fragestellungen
Profil
  1. Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar) mit Weiterbildung auf Stufe FH oder HF
  2. Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position, idealerweise in einem industriellen Umfeld
  3. Fundierte Kenntnisse in CAD-Software und Entwicklungstools
  4. Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  5. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
