We have grown stronger through more than 40 financial crises by rethinking the world around us to provide a fresh investment perspective for our clients.**Identity and Access Management Specialist (80-100%) (6-month contract)**Working in the Technology Infrastructure department, you will join Lombard Odier's Identity & Access Management team, responsible for managing the access rights to almost 3,000 Lombard Odier employees and 7 infrastructure customers.**YOUR ROLE*** Access requests analysis and processing;* Manage accounts and access groups in Active Directory (Create, Delete);* File server access management;* Assignment rights workflow administration;* Management of access to customer portfolios in the Bank's main application;* User support for access issues;* Participate in the implementation of technical procedures related to access management;* Administration of secret passwords (VAULT).**YOUR PROFILE*** IT academic background;* Ideally, initial experience in access management;* Windows environment, Active Directory and NTFS rights knowledge;* Good command of Office tools, in particular Excel and Access;* Rigor, autonomy, precision and able to work in a team* Adaptability in a complex environment, stress management, team spirit and communication skills;* Fluency in spoken and written French and English;* **Resident in Switzerland or willingness to relocate.****Our Maison’s DNA** is defined by five core values. **Excellence** drives us to be the best at what we do, while **Innovation** fuels our progress. **Respect** underpins every interaction, and **Integrity** shapes our actions.
