In this new position, we have the perfect opportunity for you You will support the introduction and implementation of strategies for continuous improvement, productivity, and lean initiatives. Your focus will be on monitoring and improving organizational processes to make them more efficient and sustainable for everyone.Your exciting main tasksDrive continuous improvement activities and methodologiesUtilize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business drivers to synchronize and prioritize improvement effortsIdentify improvement areas and gaps using lean tools, including value stream mapping of key business processes, and lead improvement plansProvide training, assessment, and coaching to successfully deploy the Operational Excellence Model and implement effective improvement action plans to support facilities on their lean journeysYour backgroundCompleted studies in business administration or engineering, or comparable experience5-10 years of experience in a similar roleSix Sigma Black Belt certification is a big plusExcellent German and English skills, at a minimum C1 levelWillingness to question existing structures and be open to changeWhat we offerGood team spiritDiscounted annual public transport pass or free parking spaceInexpensive in-house catering optionsYou can expect a varied and responsible role in a fascinating technical and international environment.
