In this new position we have the perfect opportunity for you You will support the introduction and implementation of the strategy for continuous improvement, productivity and lean strategy. Your focus will be on monitoring and improving organizational processes. You will make them more efficient and sustainable for everyone.Your exciting main tasks Drive continuous improvement activities and methodologies Utilize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business drivers to synchronize and prioritize improvement activity Identify improvement areas/gaps utilizing lean tools including value stream mapping of key business processes and lead improvement plans Provide Training, Assessment and Coaching to successfully deploy Operational Excellence Model and implement effective Improvement Action Plans to support facilities as they embark on their Lean JourneysYour background Completed studies in business administration or engineering or comparable experience 5-10 years of experience in a similar job Six Sigma Black Belt is a big plus Excellent German and English skills, at a minimum C1 level Willingness to question existing structure and be open to changeWhat we offer Good team spirit Discounted annual public transport pass or free parking space Inexpensive in-house catering optionsResponsibilitiesYou can expect a varied and responsible task in a fascinating technical and international environment.
