About the Role Join to apply for the Consultant BSI (a) role at Adnovum. Responsibilities Conduct market and needs analyses to identify innovative solutions in CRM and CX. Determine and document customer needs, analyze business processes, and identify opportunities for optimization. Specify requirements and user stories in close coordination with the product owner to ensure implementations that meet customer needs. Develop technical concepts and solution proposals for customer‑centric solutions that add value for clients in the financial services industry. Create implementation plans and manage execution while adhering to time, budget, and quality specifications. Cooperate closely with the development team to ensure that requirements are successfully implemented and high‑quality solutions are delivered. Monitor project progress and report regularly to stakeholders. Train users and provide second‑level support during and after the implementation phase. Continuously acquire knowledge about trends and developments in the financial services industry and in digital CRM and CX solutions. Qualifications University degree in business informatics, business administration, natural sciences, or a comparable qualification and/or further education, plus BSI certification. At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, solution development, and implementation of digital solutions, ideally in CRM, customer processes, sales and marketing automation, and customer experience, including BSI projects. Ability to understand and structure complex business requirements and translate them into precise user stories; knowledge of data modelling and database development is an advantage. At least 3 years of experience in the financial industry, ideally in marketing, sales, customer care, or customer service. Experience with agile project management concepts such as Scrum or Kanban. Interest in actively contributing to the CRM and BSI community and sharing knowledge. Strong communication skills and a team‑player mentality. Business fluency in German and English.
