Ihr Beitrag
  • Strategische Verantwortung: Sie analysieren die Markttrends und Wettbewerbsbedingungen und entwickeln unsere Marketing- und Kommunikationsstrategie kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Operatives Handeln: Sie führen die internen und externen Kommunikations- und Marketingaktivitäten der Kanzlei.
  • Content Creation: Sie erstellen hochwertigen Content oder betreuen dessen Erstellung.
  • Communication Channels: Sie definieren und optimieren unsere Kommunikationskanäle.
  • Führung: Sie leiten das zentrale Kommunikations- und Marketing-Team mit drei Mitarbeitenden und bilden die Schnittstelle zu den lokalen Marketing-Verantwortlichen an den Standorten.
  • Projektverantwortung: Sie sind verantwortlich für die zentralen Kommunikations- und Marketing-Projekte.
  • Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Kommunikation, Marketing, Medienwissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Sie haben fundierte Marketing- und/oder Kommunikationserfahrung, idealerweise im Dienstleistungssektor.
  • Erfahrung in leitender Funktion in einer Organisation mit unterschiedlichsten Anspruchsgruppen und mehreren Standorten.
  • Sie haben hervorragende Kenntnisse in digitalem Marketing und den gängigen Social-Media-Plattformen.
  • Sie zeigen Führungsstärke und paaren diese mit ausgeprägter Kommunikations- und Organisationskompetenz.
  • Sie verfügen über unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln, sind kreativ und pragmatisch.
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Schweiz.
  • Muttersprache Deutsch oder Französisch, sehr gute Kenntnisse in der jeweils anderen Sprache und verhandlungssicheres Englisch sind zwingend erforderlich, Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
