If it is important to you to work in a place with strong values of respect, quality, and service with a human-centric approach and social responsibility, we would love to hear from you: join our community of learning, daring and inspiration.To reinforce our team of experts in Service Management in Lausanne, we are hiring aServiceNow ConsultantIf you are passionate about ITSM, constantly seeking to learn and improve your skillset, then you are the type of person we are looking for You will be part of the Governance and Service Management Team and be involved in challenging projects.As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will be responsible for leading scoping, design, development and implementation activities across client projects to deliver world class ServiceNow based solutions.Your Role:Lead and deliver requirements, scoping and design workshops, ensuring requirements are well documentedProvide expert level support and technical mentoring to implementation teamMaintain deep, comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow’s capabilities and constraints.Recognize and develop opportunities to leverage ServiceNow as a platform.Maintains focus on client satisfaction and expectation.Participate in workshops with customers to understand customer gap and establish future solution.Design and deliver ServiceNow Solution with a technical architecture designed for long-term success using ServiceNow technical standards and leading practices.Plan and coordinate all phases of testing and test acceptance; design and oversee development of testing related work products; lead test remediation cyclesAct as the ServiceNow subject matter expertYour skills:More than 5 years of experience in IT industryProven experience in consulting / professional services and technical deliveryA proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on the ServiceNow platform on time and on budgetStrong expertise in scripting on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, CSS and Angular JS: Flows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Widgets and UI PagesDeep understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: Integration Hub, SSO, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, etc.Certified in ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4)Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA)Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM), Service Mapping (CIS-SM), Discovery (CIS-Discovery) and Event Management (CIS-EM) is a plusExcellent written and verbal skills in French and English.
