En tant que Tech Lead Data chez IVY Partners, vous serez en charge de :

  • Définir et piloter la vision ainsi que la stratégie technique de l’équipe d’ingénierie des données.

  • Mettre en place et promouvoir les meilleures pratiques pour le développement, le déploiement et la maintenance des solutions de gestion des données.

  • Accompagner l’équipe dans l’adoption de technologies et de méthodologies avancées afin d’assurer la scalabilité, la performance et la maintenabilité des solutions.

  • Anticiper et identifier des opportunités d’innovation en exploitant des technologies émergentes et des outils innovants pour répondre aux enjeux métier.

  • Piloter l’amélioration continue de l’infrastructure en réduisant les temps d’arrêt et en limitant la dette technique.

Profil :

  • Excellente maîtrise de Python et des meilleures pratiques en ingénierie logicielle.

  • Compétences avancées en SQL pour la conception et l’optimisation de requêtes et de workflows de données.

  • Solide expérience avec Git et les pipelines CI/CD.

  • Expertise dans l’orchestration de pipelines de données avec des outils tels que dbt et Airflow.

  • Familiarité avec Power BI, les modèles sémantiques, Snowflake et Snowplow.

  • Bonne compréhension des environnements cloud, avec une forte motivation pour approfondir ses compétences dans ces technologies.

  • Expérience avérée dans la direction d’équipes techniques et l’élaboration de stratégies à long terme.

  • Excellentes compétences en communication, avec la capacité de vulgariser des concepts techniques complexes pour un public non technique.

  • Aptitude à collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires pour concevoir et déployer des solutions à forte valeur ajoutée.

  • Maitrise courante du français et bon niveau en anglais.
