Sie arbeiten als Sales Manager/in Digital Health bei einem Start-up in der Medizintechnik, dessen Leitgedanke die frühzeitige Erkennung von Herzkrankheiten ist. Daraus entstand ein neuartiges System - die Cardisiographie-, das nicht nur sehr genau arbeitet, sondern den Leitgedanken weiterträgt und allen Menschen zur Verfügung gestellt werden kann. Die Cardisiographie findet sich inzwischen bei Ärzten, in Kliniken und in Unternehmen bei Betriebsärzten wieder und ebnet den Weg zu einer einfachen und zuverlässigen Früherkennung.
Ihre Aufgaben- Sie akquirieren neue Ärzte:innen (Hausärzte, Kardiologen) und begeistern sie das Diagnosetool erfolgreich einzusetzen und den Zugang zu Patienten zu erweitern, die davon profitieren.
- Sie führen Kundenschulungen und Präsentationen zur Anwendung der Cardisiographie durch.
- Sie gestalten Ihren Umsatz, Ihre Aktivitäten und somit für das Wachstum in Ihrer Region selbst.
- Sie gehen effizient mit Zeit und Ressourcen, einschließlich Reise- und Spesenbudgets, um.
- Sie tracken regelmäßig Ihr Sales Reporting und Forecast, um Ihren Erfolg zu messen.
- Sie haben mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb medizinischer Produkte oder biomedizinischer Technik in der oben genannten Zielgruppe.
- Sie überzeugen und begeistern durch vertrieblichen Biss, Verhandlungsgeschick und Abschlusswille.
- Sie haben ein "unternehmerisches" Mindset, sind ergebnisorientiert und kommunizieren durch Ihre Kontaktfreude auf Augenhöhe.
- Sie sind motiviert, flexibel und wollen etwas bewegen.
- Sie sind gerne bei Ihren Kunden vor Ort in ihrem Vertriebsgebiet; in Absprache kann sich dies auch innerhalb von Deutschland, Österreich oder der Schweiz erweitern.
- Sie haben sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
