Arbeitsort : Region Zürich & Remote Work, Teilzeit ab 80% möglich

Du stellst die Kunden- und Transaktionsüberwachung in Bezug auf Geldwäschereiprävention sicher. Du unterstützt zudem die operativen Einheiten bei der Umsetzung der Compliance Vorgaben. Deine Erfahrung und dein fachliches Know-How kannst du in Projekten und Compliance Initiativen einbringen. Du leistest somit einen wesentlichen Beitrag zum langfristigen Schutz der materiellen und immateriellen Vermögenswerte der Swisscard. Ausserdem bist du in regem Austausch mit deinen Kolleginnen / Kollegen und nutzt dein berufliches Netzwerk gekonnt.

Aufgaben:
  • Aufmerksam untersuchst du die Auffälligkeiten bei der GWG Kunden- und Transaktionsüberwachung, erkennst die Zusammenhänge sowie Abhängigkeiten, bewertest präzise und ziehst die richtigen Schlüsse für Folgeaktivitäten.
  • Fristgerecht und präzis führst und dokumentierst du die Compliance Abklärungen, sowie vertiefte Abklärungen bei Geschäftsbeziehungen mit erhöhten Risiken, einschliesslich des Assessments und Einleitung von angemessenen Massnahmen.
  • Absetzen von Verdachtsmeldungen an die MROS.
  • Fachkompetent bringst du dein Wissen in Projekten ein und unterstützt dabei das operative Business.
  • Du setzt deine Kommunikations-Skills gezielt ein und interagierst gewinnbringend mit Kunden und unterschiedlichsten Mitarbeitenden innerhalb des Unternehmens.
  • Unterstützung des Teamleiters AML.
  • Du unterstützt motiviert das operative Business und das Compliance Team.
Qualifikationen:
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Audit von Vorteil.
  • 3-4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im AML / GWG-Bereich in der Finanzdienstleistungsbranche, idealerweise im Kreditkartengeschäft.
  • CAS oder DAS Compliance Management, und / oder Hochschulstudium Rechts- / Wirtschaftswissenschaft (BLaw, MLaw, Lic.) von Vorteil.
  • Profunde Kenntnisse der Schweizerischen gesetzlichen und regulatorischen Anforderung im GWG Bereich AML (VSB, GwG, GwV-FINMA, StGB, FATF, SRO-Regulation etc.) werden vorausgesetzt.
  • Versiert und stilsicher mündlich und schriftlich in der Deutschen und Englischen Sprache; Französisch- und Italienischkenntnisse sowie weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
  • Gute Kommunikationsskills schriftlich und mündlich.
  • Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Projekterfahrung ist von Vorteil.
