Introduction

Pour notre division Systèmes d'information, nous recherchons un Software asset manager (H/F) dont la mission principale sera d’assurer la conformité de l’installation et de l’utilisation logicielle au sein de l’organisation, de réduire les risques liés aux audits éditeurs mais aussi d’optimiser les usages et les coûts des licences, des maintenances et des services cloud, en collaboration avec le Responsable SAM.

Responsabilités
  • Piloter et gérer un service de SAM externalisé
  • Soutenir le responsable SAM afin de gérer la relation avec le fournisseur de la solution de Software Asset Management, tant au niveau technique que pour le support, mais également pour piloter son évolution
  • Consolider, en fonction du modèle d’engagement avec le fournisseur de logiciels informatiques, les données liées à l’usage du logiciel au sein de l’entreprise
  • Effectuer avec les responsables informatiques concernés des points de situation réguliers portant sur l’usage et le niveau de risque en relation avec la conformité et les coûts
  • Aider au développement et à la gestion du modèle de collecte des données lié à la gestion du cycle de vie des actifs logiciels
  • Partager les informations avec les responsables achats informatiques, les gestionnaires des fournisseurs informatiques et le management de la division SI pour assurer une cohérence continue avec les feuilles de route des projets
  • Apporter, lors des audits de conformité lancés par les fournisseurs logiciels, le support nécessaire aux différents responsables informatiques (achats, responsable domaine, management)
Profil
  • Formation universitaire ou équivalente
  • Expérience réussie de pilotage d’équipe managée
  • Très bonnes connaissances du domaine technique informatique
  • Expérience en gestion de projet
  • Bonnes capacités analytiques (analyse des données, visualisation)
  • Expérience avérée dans la gestion des contrats, un atout
  • Parfaite maîtrise du français et bon niveau d'anglais (C1)
  • Bonnes aptitudes en communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
  • Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles
