Your role
Interested in working in finance, specifically supporting our internal communications, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We’re looking for strong team players to join our 2025 Internship Program within Group Integration Office.
You’ll Get To:- Propose ideas on how we can make improvements to our business; take these ideas and bring them to life, problem solve and craft actionable solutions across transformation/integration projects.
- Present insights internally by transforming complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations.
- Support Senior Management in strategic projects and initiatives.
- Develop and create reports, proposals as well as presentations for Senior Management.
- Work on selected topics related to integration initiatives in close collaboration with Senior Management.
- Pro-actively help to manage initiatives and monitor progress to ensure timely implementation.
Your team
You’ll be working in Group Integration Office located in Zurich. We’re a dynamic, driven, and diverse team with over 750 people present in 5 regions across the globe.
Your GTP home base will be in Zurich with the Integration Office and Integration Delivery Assurance, and your time will be split between the two teams depending on business needs. As part of the firm’s Group Integration Office, we work in close partnership with all divisions and functions to drive integration and support the firm in achieving its strategic goals.

Your expertise
We’re Looking For a Candidate Who:- Has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date.
- Has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative.
- Is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
- Has excellent English skills (written and spoken), with fluency in German being a plus.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Is a highly organized team player with a well-structured and result-driven way of working.
- Can work in a fast-moving environment while thinking outside the box and connecting the dots.
- Has a high level of integrity, accountability, and reliability.

Start Date: Flexible
Your program
This paid internship will last 6-12 months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients, and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You’ll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning, and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you’ve completed your studies.
