It’s simple: when you buy a product, our solutions can check whether it is an authentic one.We develop mobile applications, industrial coding systems, as well as services allowing customers from all industries to detect fraud.Our clients are major brands in various sectors (pharmaceutical industry, cosmetics, spirits, luxury goods, agrochemicals) as well as governmental entities.EDGYN is part of the Impala Group, a diversified industrial group active in energy, industry, and technology (EDGYN, INEXTO, Neoen, Tagenergy). www.impala-sas.comWe are seeking an Automation Engineer responsible for designing and implementing PLC software solutions (Siemens, Beckhoff) for industrial machine integration, creating electrical schematics in EPLAN, and ensuring seamless communication between machines and systems.The position is available in Le Bourget-du-Lac (France) and Lausanne (Switzerland).Key Responsibilities:Deliver industrialization projectsDevelop automation systems and PLC programmingManage the timely delivery of development and customizationPerform tests and qualifications at customer sitesCreate documentation, technical drawings, and conceptual proposals, ideally with experience using EPLAN softwareCoordinate with other product teamsQualifications:Engineering degree or equivalent (with a specialization in electrical or electronic engineering)5+ years of experience in software development, PLC programming, and automation engineeringDeep knowledge of Modbus and OPC-UA protocolsBasic IT knowledge (Windows OS and system configuration)Demonstrated project management skillsFluent in EnglishWilling to travel worldwideIdeally, experience with Cognex Vision Systems (Dataman & Insight series)Ideally, experience in installing mechanical components on production linesCan't cover everything?
