Quality Management Consultant / Food & Pharma

Antaes is actively seeking to hire a Quality Management Consultant to support our clients, focusing particularly on operations within quality management systems. This position is based in Basel, and the ideal candidate will start as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update project documentation, track actions, compile necessary documents, and report on progress.
  • Organize and coordinate quality management meetings, ensuring accurate recording of decisions and action items.
  • Develop and maintain performance measurements, such as key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality management processes.
  • Manage data entry, create reports, graphs, and tables to track quality improvements and monitor customer complaints and overdue actions.
  • Assist in the preparation and updating of quality management system documents and procedures as needed.
  • Help in updating quality licenses, permits, and certificates as required.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in Quality Management and/or project management.
  • Fluent in English, German, and French with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experience with PowerBI or similar data analysis tools is beneficial.
  • Experience with ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and FSMA standards.
