Part‑time (25h / week) We are seeking a professional qualified and enthusiastic Coordinator Office Management (m / f / d) to provide support to our corporate headquarters in Zug Switzerland. The ideal candidate will possess a quick mind and the ability to handle multiple tasks while embodying the welcoming spirit of our company as both the voice and face of our organization. Scope of Responsibilities Ensure the smooth running of daily office activities ensuring that customers, colleagues, suppliers and visitors receive the highest level of service. Welcome visitors and assist them with their inquiries; serve as a communication point for internal staff and external clients. Receive and route all incoming calls and couriers efficiently. Organize local PSI events and prepare for in‑house meetings by providing technical support and arranging catering. Manage guest relations including booking travel arrangements for both internal and external guests. Oversee office suppliers / vendors including contract negotiations, management and quality control. Prepare and maintain various administrative reports including monthly expense reports for credit card and cash expenses. Prepare documents for signature. Qualifications Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification Administrative experience Full working proficiency in English and German; knowledge of Swiss German is a plus Prior experience in an international company Organizational talent, quick comprehension, initiative and creativity Efficient time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Confident and proficient knowledge of MS Office If you feel it is time to make your skills and knowledge visible within a growing company with true focus on its people then PSI is the right choice for you.
