- You will advise customers on the technical architecture of new or existing business applications, also with regard to performance optimization and security issues.
- You will be the technical lead and responsible for software development projects of all sizes and are the direct contact person for selected special technological areas (e.g., Graph Databases).
- Using a diverse technology stack (e.g., Java, C#, .NET, Angular, React, Spring, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka), you will develop integrated customer-specific solutions.
- You will accompany projects and customers from the pre-sales phase by presenting concepts and solutions up to the phase of implementation and continue to independently consult the customer.
- You will take over responsibility for your project, lead a team of colleagues, enjoy mentoring them, and play a significant role in shaping PRODYNA's culture.
- You have several years of professional experience in software development and the technical management of project teams.
- You have in-depth technological knowledge in the development of enterprise and business applications (also in the cloud environment).
- You have a constant willingness to learn new technologies and concepts.
- You are a strong communicator, self-confident, and have a 'hands-on' personality who likes to network.
- You are fluent in German and English, a team player, and a technical leader.
