IHRE AUFGABEN
  1. Sie leisten einen aktiven Beitrag zum Erfolg der Boutique und zur Erreichung der Verkaufsziele.
  2. Sie generieren und pflegen den Kontakt mit der lokalen sowie internationalen Kundschaft und bauen die Beziehungen zu Hoteliers, Reiseleitern und Behörden aus.
  3. Sie sind Botschafter der Marke und beraten die anspruchsvollen Kunden auf höchstem Niveau.
  4. Sie führen die Mitarbeiter und unterstützen deren Förderung und Weiterentwicklung.
IHR PROFIL
  1. Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Boutique Teamleiter Funktion im Luxussegment (Uhren-/Schmuckbranche von Vorteil).
  2. Kontaktfreudige Verkaufspersönlichkeit mit Initiative (lokales Kontaktnetzwerk von Vorteil).
  3. Dienstleistungsorientierung auf hohem Niveau.
  4. Gepflegtes, zuvorkommendes und tadelloses Auftreten.
  5. Sprachen: sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch (mündlich und schriftlich), andere Sprachen von Vorteil.
