OWT est une société de conseil en stratégie et technologie, filiale de Swisscom. Nous aidons nos clients à utiliser les nouvelles technologies logicielles et matérielles pour réorganiser leurs activités, inventer de nouveaux produits ou encore transformer leur organisation, à la recherche d'opportunités de croissance et de réduction des coûts.

Vos missions:

  • En tant que consultant, vous accompagnerez nos clients dans la définition et la mise en œuvre de leur stratégie numérique, en analysant leurs enjeux organisationnels et métier.
  • Collaborerez avec une équipe pluridisciplinaire composée de développeurs, business analystes et designers, et assurez une coordination efficace tout au long du cycle de vie des projets.
  • Produirez des livrables tels que des spécifications fonctionnelles basées sur une analyse approfondie, guidant ainsi le développement en répondant aux besoins essentiels des utilisateurs.
  • Faciliterez une communication transparente entre les équipes métiers et techniques lors de la phase de livraison, favorisant ainsi une mise en œuvre cohérente.
Vos qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en tant que consultant en stratégie ou gestion de projets digitaux.
  • Être titulaire d'un Master de l'une des grandes universités européennes (EPFL, ETH, HEC,...), de préférence en informatique, en commerce ou dans un domaine scientifique ou technique.
  • Savoir communiquer avec différentes parties prenantes dans une grande organisation complexe avec des profils métiers et techniques.
  • Disposer d'une capacité de présentation orale et écrite à haut niveau.
  • Justifier une expérience avec différentes méthodes de gestion de projet (e.g. Agile, Scrum...).
  • Avoir une appétence pour les systèmes d'information, l'innovation technologique et le digital.
  • Maîtriser le français et l'anglais à l'écrit comme à l'oral, niveau C1. L'allemand est un atout.
