Toutes nos machines sont conçues spécifiquement pour nos clients, chaque produit est donc unique. Aujourd'hui, nous collaborons avec des clients répartis dans 22 pays à travers le monde et nous possédons 8 filiales réparties en Europe, au Brésil, au Japon et en Australie.

À ce titre, nous souhaitons accueillir un Head of IT afin de prendre en main l’ensemble de notre département IT composé de 8 collaborateurs.

CETTE OPPORTUNITÉ IMPLIQUE PLUSIEURS TÂCHES DONT :
  1. Assurer l’encadrement de l’équipe informatique de MATISA
  2. Maintenir l’adéquation des ressources IT du service à la charge de travail et aux compétences requises
  3. Mener les projets de transformations et de migration à bien
  4. Assurer le suivi du portefolio des projets IT et leur livraison en temps, coûts et délais prévus
  5. Assurer la continuité et l’évolution de l’infrastructure informatique du Groupe MATISA en adéquation avec les besoins applicatifs et de télécommunications supportés
  6. Assurer le traitement des tickets émis par les utilisateurs et leur ordonnancement suivant les priorités et moyens de MATISA
  7. Assurer la sûreté des systèmes d’information du Groupe MATISA
  8. Animer le réseau de consultants travaillant pour MATISA pour assurer à tout moment la continuité des systèmes et applications supportés
  9. Assurer la veille technologique systèmes et applications et maintenir le schéma directeur IT de MATISA
  10. Assurer la construction, le suivi et le respect du budget annuel
AFIN DE POUVOIR ASSURER LA MEILLEURE COLLABORATION POSSIBLE, NOUS SOUHAITONS:
  1. Bachelor ou Master en IT
  2. Au moins 3 ans d'expérience en gestion d’équipe IT
  3. Expérience en gestion d’ERP
  4. Langue : anglais niveau B2/C1
