VM Ambassador 100%

Part of the Retail team and reporting to the Store Manager, VM Ambassador 100% will be fully dedicated to implementing and maintaining the VM global strategy in a defined store.

She/He will oversee that store in all VM and sales associate responsibilities for the involved product universes, in order to support both the sales growth and the luxury brand image.

Implementation of the Brand Image

• Manage windows & inside product displays in the defined locations.
• Provide feedback through store photo reports and put forward visual ideas and suggestions linked to the store's business specificities.
• Work closely with the Retail team by highlighting the VM strategy and taking into consideration store business challenges and feedback, aligned with VM strategy.
• Develop zonings in accordance with VM guidelines, allocations of the store, and the zone manager.
• Maintain the display.

Communication and Reporting

• Establish regular & fluent communication with the local VM team through a common digital tool.
• Communicate & make Retail teams aware of the VM guidelines to ensure a consistent brand image.

Tools Management

• Implement the display changes from VM guidelines within the store and keep the VM standards on a daily basis.
• Manage store props (display tools) inventory and alert the local teams of needs.
• Check in-store music and video.

Collaboration and Special Projects

• Assist on local VM-oriented in-store events with CRM teams.
• Participate in local VM training.
• Remain aware of the competition in Retail visual industry standards in luxury brands.

• Understanding of both Visual Merchandising insights and business challenges.
• Creativity with an interest in fashion, design, and art.
• Communication & relational, team spirit skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a visual eye for style and display composition.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Show flexibility regarding working schedule when required (such as late nights and weekends).
• English skills are mandatory.
• Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Adobe pack (notably Photoshop) is a plus.
