This role focuses on preventive and reactive quality management across the supplier base, with involvement in APQP, PPAP, and supplier readiness.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and support supplier APQP processes for new product developments and engineering changesDocument and follow up on D-FMEA and P-FMEA activitiesEvaluate and validate supplier testing equipment (e.g., MSA)Plan and execute supplier site process and production releases for components and sub-assembliesPerform PPAP submissions for zero-series and engineering changesReview Safe Launch Concepts and ensure suppliers meet serial production standardsGuide suppliers in achieving and sustaining serial production readinessRequired Experience & Skills3-4 years of experience in a Supplier Quality Engineering roleIn-depth knowledge of APQP and PPAP processesControl PlansStatistical Process Control (SPC)DFMEA / PFMEAProficiency in quality tools such as 8D reports and 5-Why analysisUnderstanding of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standardsKnowledge of IPC standards (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001) is a strong assetProactive, hands‑on approach with a solution‑oriented mindsetStrong communication skills and the ability to drive results with suppliersEducationDegree in Engineering or a related technical disciplineLanguagesGerman: Conversational / Very good working proficiency #J-18808-Ljbffr
