For our client Roche Diagnostics in Rottkreuz, we are looking for a motivated and reliable (m / f / d).

AUFGABENBESCHREIBUNG :

  • Execute procurement operations within the region or site, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high-quality customer service as well as execute support requests, applying continuous improvement methodologies where possible.
  • Understand end-user requirements as received directly or indirectly.
  • Leverage applicable category guidance documents and procurement knowledge to determine the best method for driving value.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable policies, standards, and operating procedures.
  • Communicate the status, progress, and outcomes of procurement activities.
  • Support the creation and review of relevant purchasing documentation.

Ensure effective information flow to Category Management for high-value requests, demand aggregation opportunities, and operational data to inform new strategies.

  • Apply the sourcing process (RfIs, RfQs, RfPs) for sourcing activities, including the use of eSourcing tools. Support the implementation of new processes, policies, and technologies.
  • Collaborate with relevant business support functions (e.g., Accounts Payable) to drive operational efficiencies and maximize value-add to the business.
  • Ensure Direct Procurement Operations targets and metrics on customer service are delivered. Track and monitor these metrics, escalating issues as they arise.

ERFORDERLICHES PROFIL :

  • University degree in either business administration or a technical discipline plus.
  • 3+ years of procurement experience with technical products, with experience in basic contracting and business enterprise systems.
  • Knowledge of business enterprise tools (e.g., SAP P1U) and overall procurement processes/methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of internal stakeholder functions and requirements, as well as stakeholder management.
  • Fluent in English as well as in German.

Nice to Have :

  • Procurement background within a product-oriented industry is beneficial – for example: manufacturing, medical devices, automotive, electronic, or other relevant industries.
  • Project management experience with the tools and methodologies.

Planned duration : 12 months

Extension : very likely.

Remote / Home Office : eventually, max. 2 days home office.

Travel : max. 10% a year inside the DACH region.
