Wir suchen eine engagierte Executive Assistant

  • In zur Unterstützung unserer Partner
  • Innen bei Oliver Wyman. Eine Assistent
  • In bei Oliver Wyman konzentriert sich auf die administrative Unterstützung der Partner in Bezug auf Marketing, Kundenmanagement und der Ausführung von Kundenaufträgen. Die Rolle umfasst ein breites Office-Engagement mit Veranstaltungen, Büromanagement und der Zusammenarbeit mit anderen OW Support Professional Funktionen. Diese Aufgaben bieten Dir viele Entwicklungschancen und die Möglichkeit Teil eines unternehmerisch und schnell wachsenden Teams zu sein.

Als rechte Hand der Partner

  • Innen unterstützt Du diese eigenständig und vorausschauend in allen administrativen und organisatorischen Belangen, wie beispielsweise der Terminkoordination, dem Kalendermanagement, sowie der Reiseplanung und der Reisekostenabrechnungen.

Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung und Überarbeitung von Angebots- und Präsentationsunterlagen oder anderen Dokumenten.

In enger Abstimmung mit der Marketing-Abteilung und Deinen Partner

  • Innen führst Du Kundenevents und Initiativen durch.

Die Kontaktdaten und geschäftliche Aktivitäten pflegst Du eigenverantwortlich in unserem CRM-System und unterstützt Deine Partner

  • Innen bei der Aktualisierung der Pipeline.

Du unterstützt Deine Partner

  • Innen bei der Interaktion und Koordination der Kunden, einschließlich CEO-Niederlassungen.

Du arbeitest gerne im Team und hilfst bei der Vertretung anderer Assistent

  • Innen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Support der Partner.

Du koordinierst interne und externe Events und hast hier stets das Budget im Blick.

Bei Bedarf unterstützt Du im Office Services Bereich.

Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium.

Du hast bereits idealerweise 2 bis 5 Jahre als Assistenz in einem internationalen und dynamischen Umfeld gearbeitet.

Mit dem MS-Office Paket bist Du sicher vertraut und hast zudem Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen (z.B. Microsoft Dynamics).

Du besitzt ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, in einem multikulturellen Umfeld mit Menschen auf allen Ebenen umzugehen.

Du bist ein Organisationstalent mit einer hohen Serviceorientierung und verlierst auch in stressigen Situationen nie den Überblick.

Eine hohe Motivation und soziale Kompetenz sind für Dich selbstverständlich.

Du kommunizierst sicher auf Englisch und Deutsch; Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
