Join to apply for the Coordinateur Supply Chain (80%-100%) role at Swatch Group Description Du Poste Gestion des besoins clients : Traiter les commandes et les réclamations, confirmer les délais Suivre les portefeuilles et assurer leur mise à jour quotidienne Effectuer les livraisons et facturations Préparer les colis et organiser le transport en relation avec les clients Réceptionner et traiter les commandes de prestation et services Gestion de l’approvisionnement / planification / supply chain: Relancer les fournisseurs en coordination avec l’équipe achats Suivre les délais et mettre à jour les commandes dans l’ERP Communiquer les impacts des livraisons aux équipes achats et au service clients Analyser les reports et proposer des solutions correctives Gestion des stocks : Responsable de la gestion des stocks en confié (diamants, pierres de couleurs…) Responsable des inventaires théoriques et physiques des stocks confiés ainsi que des stocks internes Responsable des analyses des écarts et corrections d’inventaire Divers : Participer activement aux actions d’amélioration continue Mise en place d’indicateurs et actions d’amélioration Assurer la suppléance de la Team Leader logistique en cas d’absence selon compétence Profil Formation : Technicien(ne) ES en processus d’entreprise ou expérience équivalente Expérience : Minimum 5 ans en supply chain et relation clientèle Compétences requises Bonne maîtrise d’un ERP Intégrité, sens des responsabilités, esprit analytique, rigueur et précision Aptitude à travailler en équipe et à collaborer avec différents départements (achats, qualité, partenaires) Langues Très bonnes connaissances en anglais (niveau C1 souhaité) et communication performante dans un contexte international Job Location: Av.
