SAP Business Process Architect – Global Supply ChainLocation: Neuchâtel, SwitzerlandMain missionAs an SAP Process Excellence Manager, you will play a key role in defining, designing and deploying strategic SAP initiatives for the global supply chain.Your TasksDefinition and design of SAP processes across the end-to-end supply chain, in collaboration with business experts.Management of the UAT and transition phases for high-impact strategic projects.Alignment with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient integration of SAP solutions.Development of implementation plans, including detailed deliverables for all supply chain functions.Creation and validation of documentation (solution presentations, design documents, playbooks).Managing design issues by negotiating between teams to achieve compliant solutions.Supervision of user acceptance tests (UAT) and troubleshooting activities until resolution.Training and knowledge transfer to internal and external stakeholders.Profile10 years experience in supply chain management and in SAP.Confirmed Experience In Enterprise SAP Implementations (required).Proven leadership in the direction of cross‑functional projects with high‑performing teams.Ability to navigate organizational dynamics and influence decision‑making.
