Your Role- Lead a 2 to 5 member team and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- As a Scrum Master, you will collaborate with a highly engaged team to develop product features that help our customers to run their product clusters at their best.
- Provide guidance and support to team members in achieving their professional goals.
- Conduct Scrum Ceremonies, guiding the team in estimation and getting clarifications from PO, working with PO on a regular basis.
- You will demonstrate strong liaison skills between product management leadership, Product Owners and development team members and be able to coordinate between all the parties involved.
- In your role as a Scrum Master, you organize a Scrum Team with a strong focus on customer success in a global environment, continuously developing your skills and increasing your knowledge regarding business processes and technology.
- Work closely with the development teams in the scrum process and provide your advice, support and experience to the team members from various global regions.
- Ensure quality with appropriate KPIs and follow-up activities like root cause & impact analysis.
- Generate performance metrics for the team (burndowns, burnups, velocity, capacity, status updates, etc.) and ensure the information is available to the rest of the organization.
- Contribute as the Single Point of Contact in cross-functional teams for Release Management, Test Management, and other teams like cutover or hypercare.
- Plan, manage, and maintain the scope, timelines, and respective progress for the increments.
- Experience and knowledge of one or more domains – Automotive, Life Sciences, Insurance, Healthcare, Supply Chain/Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods.
- Effectively communicate to internal/external stakeholders based on data for decision making.
- Validate requirements with stakeholders and the project team, providing suggestions and recommendations based on previous experience and industry knowledge.
- Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
- Guide the team on self-organization to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Well-versed with Scrum, KANBAN, and other frameworks.
