What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Expertise: At least 6–10 years’ experience in private banking, with a demonstrated ability to manage portfolios and drive growth.
  • Leadership Excellence: Successful track record of leading teams and fostering a high-performance culture in a competitive environment.
  • Portfolio Management: Experience managing assets exceeding $300 million USD, with a strong ability to attract, retain, and expand HNW/UHNW client relationships.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Exceptional relationship management skills and a deep understanding of tailored wealth solutions for sophisticated investors.
  • Strategic Growth Focus: A visionary leader with a proactive mindset to enhance client portfolios, drive new business acquisition, and expand the bank's market share.
  • Market Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Swiss and European markets, with an established network of HNW/UHNW clients.
