We currently have an opportunity for a Marketing Cloud Consultant in our Geneva, CH location.

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Leading consultative engagements with clients on the technical and business challenges related to their e-communication initiatives.
  2. Presenting high-level overviews of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and integration capabilities.
  3. Creating, managing and presenting an actionable BRD / FSD (Blueprint) that aligns client’s business needs to Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
  4. Managing multiple client engagements and working with associated team members.
  5. Identifying issues/risks and presenting alternatives to alleviate or resolve.

Qualifications

  1. 2-3 years Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
  2. Previous Pardot / Eloqua / Marketo experience can be an advantage.
  3. Email Marketing experience, Deliverability & IP Warming, Whitelisting/Blacklisting, Country-Specific Legal Requirements, APIs, Predictive Content, Customer Journeys management, Database Management.
  4. Experience with product positioning, leveraging feature to benefit analysis.
  5. Strategic & technical thinking.
  6. Ability to consultatively engage with customers to make complex decisions quickly.
  7. Experience leading customer-facing discussions.
  8. Knowledge of Ampscript, SQL and Server-Side Scripting.
  9. Exposure to Digital Marketing tools/strategies.
  10. A deep understanding of Service Oriented Architecture.
