Digital Marketing Ads Specialist German Market (Barcelona) Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid World Trade Center) Contract: Full-time, 39h / week, Salary: 24.310 + up to 4.290 gross / year in bonus Relocation Support Available About the Role Join our dynamic team at TP in vibrant Barcelona and play a key role in a cutting-edge Digital Marketing Ads project a game-changing tool that empowers businesses to thrive online. We are looking for a German-speaking Digital Marketing Ads Specialist who can navigate the complexities of the German market. You will onboard and engage high-potential companies the unicorns of tomorrow while building strong client relationships, driving product adoption, reducing churn, and identifying opportunities for growth. What Youll Do Serve as a trusted advisor, onboarding new clients and creating high-performing PPC campaigns. Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell services to businesses in Germany. Understand customer objectives and offer tailored digital marketing solutions. Design strategic campaigns for immediate impact and long-term performance. Drive campaign growth through upselling and increasing spend. Maintain an accurate, up-to-date client database. Handle a high volume of client interactions daily. Requirements Education: BA / BS degree (MA / MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred). Languages: Native or C2-level German + fluent English. Experience: 2+ years in sales and / or marketing, with strong client-facing experience. Proven ability to work independently and deliver impactful results. Experience managing customer relationships and optimizing CRM systems. Familiarity with AI tools to enhance workflows and personalize outreach. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Goal-oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset. Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends. Specialized Skills for the German Market Deep understanding of German business practices and cultural nuances. Experience identifying and engaging high-growth companies. Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.Ability to answer complex ROI questions and position Google Ads within the digital ecosystem.Knowledge of GDPR and local data privacy regulations, tailoring outreach accordingly.
