DLG Young Talent Program Social MARKETING TEAM 12 MONTHS How The Young Talent Program Works Our DLG Young Talent Program is a full-time 12-month contract, which allows you to live a real working experience. As a Young Talent Program member, you are a true team member, working on current team priorities, and being involved in every aspect of our activities and projects. Right from the start, you will be given a challenging, hands‑on role, working in a diverse, global environment. You will be supervised and mentored with frequent reviews as part of a structured development program. You will also be learning alongside brilliant people, with the resources and support to explore new ways of thinking and working – all in all, an unbeatable experience. What You Will Do Assisting in developing social media strategies (including research, benchmarking, tactics development, content calendars creation, etc.) with a strong Creative touch Assisting in the execution of online marketing campaigns Content posting on global social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube) Participation in social paid campaign setup and optimization Community management Reporting of social media activities and insights Crafting powerful copy for clients social media activities & marketing projects Constant watch of the luxury industry and aspirational brands best practices Direct contact with clients on some of the missions listed above Participation in business development and marketing activities (e.g. RFP, etc.) Participation in strategic internal sessions Support to other DLG teams (e.g. marketing team) What You Need To Join Our Program Minimum 6-9 months of experience in SEO/SEA / Social Media Campaign / Growth Hacking Previous experience with reporting tools Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads English C1, French C1 minimum Advanced level in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) (will be tested) Experience working with project management tools preferred (Trello, Asana, Google Cloud Suite) Experience on Buffer, Sprout a plus Affinity for Creative & Design Affinity for the luxury industry (previous experience preferred) Swiss nationality or valid working permit (mandatory) HOW DO WE KEEP YOU SMILING?
