Senior Business Manager We’re strengthening our sales department by recruiting a Senior Business Manager who will play a key role in the growth of our organization. If you’re motivated by the idea of building a project from the ground up and joining a rapidly expanding company, this opportunity is made for you Your missions Analyze the market to identify new clients and business opportunities. Carry out prospecting, organize meetings, and manage initial discussions. Identify client needs, gather requirements, and negotiate commercial terms. Support candidates throughout the process (interviews, preparation, follow-up) and coordinate hiring processes with clients. Monitor client accounts, projects, and consultants, both technically and in their career development. Your profile Minimum 3 years of experience in selling IT consulting or engineering services. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Good knowledge of IT or engineering roles. Good command of English required. Launch a new project in Switzerland: play a key role in creating and developing our new activity. Manage the entire sales cycle, supported by our specialized Talent Acquisition team.
