Technology Workstream Lead - Supply Chain Distribution (m/f/d)

For our client, a well-known pharmaceutical company in Basel, we are looking for a Technology Workstream Lead - Supply Chain Distribution (m/f/d).

Background

This role requires strategic thinkers with deep technical knowledge and leadership skills to ensure that the technology workstream aligns with the overall program and business objectives, delivering high-quality results and driving business transformation.

Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Lead the technology workstream by developing and executing comprehensive strategies that align with the overall goals of the STEP Transformation Program.
  • Oversee the integration of multiple technologies ensuring seamless interoperability and optimal performance.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring that milestones are met and deliverables are achieved within scope and on time.
  • Collaborate with business & cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management to communicate project status, risks, and issues, and to facilitate decision-making processes.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology implementation, ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively.
  • Ensure that all technology solutions meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and security, complying with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive change management initiatives to facilitate the adoption of new technologies and processes across the organization.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for enhancing technology solutions and optimizing business processes.
Must Haves
  • Extensive experience in technological transformation programs with a proven track record of successful implementation and integration.
  • Strong leadership in managing cross-functional teams and aligning technology initiatives with business goals.
  • Expertise in project management, handling large-scale IT projects using established methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, effectively translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach, identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions.
  • Ensures quality assurance and regulatory compliance in IT implementations, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Supports IT strategy development, investment alignment, and governance for innovation projects.
