Your Tasks- Support the procurement teams with standard contract templates for different units and subsidiaries of Pilatus.
- Coordinate and establish templates with the Legal department.
- Draft and conduct negotiation for all contracts in cooperation with the responsible commercial managers of the procurement team.
- Coordinate contractual aftermarket topics with the commercial contract manager aftermarket.
- Create executive summaries of the substantial contracts being negotiated, outlining commercial and legal risks and conditions.
- Create reports, statistics and analysis, and communicate the results in a meaningful, clear and structured fashion to the Management of all involved Units.
- University degree or equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years’ experience in the field of managing commercial contracts, in particular complex procurement contracts.
- Working knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes and procedures.
- Proficient user of MS Office applications (in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- English and German on a full professional proficiency level (C1-C2).
- Affinity for analysis of complex cases, experience in working with performance indicators and affinity for preparing executive summaries.
- High degree of interest in aviation.
