Account Manager

• Taking a lead role in representing Pilatus and liaising with our trainer fleet customers
• Management of in-service issues and our support contract obligations
• Ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained
• Identification of after-sales business opportunities and contract negotiation
• Development of long-term customer support strategies

• Minimum of 4 -6 years relevant experience in the aerospace industry
• Further education or professional qualifications are an advantage
• Fluent German and English language skills are required
• Positive and flexible attitude and self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
