Senior Clinical Operations Coordinator As a Senior Clinical Operations Coordinator, you will: Provide operational support for clinical trials from start-up through archiving. Assist in managing CROs and external service providers, including development of specifications and implementation. Oversee trial-related activities such as site initiations, closures, eTMF maintenance, regulatory submissions, and vendor management. Coordinate import/export licenses for trial materials and review essential study documents for IMP release. Support invoice processing, site payments, and ensure compliance with scope of work. Contribute to audit/inspection readiness and corrective/preventive actions. Train and mentor team members, and assist in SOP and process reviews. What We’re Looking For Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: Minimum 3 years in clinical research operations. Strong knowledge of ICH‑GCP guidelines and familiarity with eTMF and CTMS systems. Proficiency in MS Office applications and excellent English communication skills.
