Your Role As RFP-Specialist at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are a highly motivated, responsible individual who is seeking to contribute to the Bank's success and provide a high-quality, prompt service to our front units and business partners. Your Responsibilities Answer Requests for Proposals (RFP) and Due Diligence Questionnaires Liaise with various departments within the Bank and Asset Management Maintain product specific Standard RFPs that describe the main characteristics of the investment strategy, the investment process and the investment team Manage the RFP database with company and product specific information and regularly have specialist departments review and update text modules Maintain and improve data on our products on consultant databases Answer inquiries from client relationship managers regarding our investment products Your Profile Higher education (university / FH) in Business Administration, Finance or Economics Basic knowledge in the area of Asset Management is an advantage Excellent Microsoft Office skills Ability to weigh problems and set priorities as well as strong analytical and problem solving skills Hands‑on mentality and ability to work under pressure Ability to work with various stakeholders Strong work ethics, integrity and high level of accountability Fluency in English and French; fluency in German is an advantage Your Benefits Entrepreneurial spirit in a family owned bank Central city office locations across Switzerland Above average insurance coverage fully borne by the bank Contribution to health insurance and meal allowance Global growth strategy and stable environment Competitive offering Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Other #J-18808-Ljbffr
