Position Summary
In an ever-evolving market landscape, our ability to influence the company's strategy hinges on our commitment to understanding our customers deeply. By harnessing the power of data and analytics, we can unlock transformative insights that not only inform our strategic direction but also elevate our brand's connection with consumers.
As a CRM Specialist, you will be part of this journey by analyzing B2B and B2C customer's behavior providing insights and actions to increase the customer satisfaction and the company's health and coordinate CRM B2C communication lifecycle.
A Day in the Life of a CRM Specialist
- Analyze the customer impact of Nespresso's initiatives, providing insights on behaviors and proactively proposing corrective actions to maximize the ROI.
- Coordinate CRM communication lifecycle with product team and Targeting specialist to ensure the best experience for our customers.
- Conduct Ad hoc analysis on the impact that products and services have on customers' behavior providing powerful insights.
What will make you successful
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics.
- Experience in Direct Marketing or CRM.
- Experience in customer base analysis and KPIs reporting (Datamining experience).
- Good knowledge of KNIME, Power BI & Snowflake.
- Excellent analytical thinking & communication skills.
- Fluent in English; French is a plus.
