Pour notre division Production, nous recherchons un Manager du service industrialisation (H/F) dont la mission principale sera d'animer, piloter et accompagner son équipe afin de répondre aux objectifs de mise en œuvre des activités d'industrialisation et méthodes, d'apporter sa vision technique et de s'assurer de l'avancement des projets en cours.

Responsabilités

Management d'équipe :

  • Organiser et gérer l'activité afin de garantir la performance de son unité.
  • Communiquer les orientations globales et fixer les objectifs individuels.
  • Accompagner, orienter et stimuler les collaborateurs dans l'atteinte de leurs objectifs et le développement de leurs compétences.
  • Développer un climat de confiance et contribuer à optimiser tant la cohésion du groupe que les interfaces avec les partenaires.
  • Garantir la bonne application des processus et des règles internes.

Management opérationnel :

  • Piloter la performance opérationnelle et économique de l'unité en utilisant et développant différents outils de pilotage et de reporting.
  • Mettre en production les nouveaux produits selon les objectifs du projet.
  • Faire évoluer l'outil industriel en lien avec la stratégie.
  • Garantir la pérennité et la cohérence des modifications effectuées en vie série.
  • Fiabiliser les données techniques relatives à son domaine d'activité.
  • Participer à la veille technologique.

Qualifications requises :

  • Diplôme d'ingénieur HES, EPF ou équivalent
  • Expérience confirmée en management
  • Leadership naturel, écoute et empathie
  • Exemplarité et communication irréprochable
  • Force de proposition et autonomie dans la prise de décision
