Software Asset Manager

Software Asset Manager (F/H) pour l'un de nos clients dans le secteur du Luxe.
Vos missions- Piloter et gérer un service SAM managé.
- Aider à la gestion de la relation avec le fournisseur de la solution technique SAM, tant au niveau technique, support de la plateforme existante, mais également pour piloter son évolution.
- Se coordonner de manière régulière avec les principaux responsables informatiques qui sont les consommateurs des actifs logiciels concernés pour partager la situation liée à l’usage, et le niveau de risque relativement à la conformité et aux coûts en particulier.
- Lors des audits de conformité lancés par les fournisseurs logiciels, apporter le support nécessaire aux différents responsables informatiques (achats, responsable domaine, management…), en particulier en s’assurant que les données liées à l’usage, aux coûts et à la conformité contractuelle sont correctes.
- Contribuer aux activités de planification stratégique du SI, en partageant les données précises liées à la consommation des licences logicielles selon le modèle d’engagement (par exemple SaaS, licences perpétuelles…).
- Apporter l’expertise nécessaire aux responsables applicatifs pour faciliter la gestion des cas de licensing complexes liés aux éditeurs majeurs.
- Très bonnes connaissances du domaine SAM (Software Asset Management) et en particulier de la solution Flexnet Manager ON-Prem.
- Excellentes connaissances du domaine informatique, en particulier des modèles d’engagement et économiques proposés par les fournisseurs logiciels.
- Excellentes capacités analytiques (analyse des données, visualisation) et de proposition de solutions à des problèmes complexes.
- Expérience avérée dans la gestion des contrats logiciels.
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication et capacité avérée à travailler efficacement avec tous les niveaux organisationnels.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite.
- Formation supérieure en Management de type Master.
- Expérience réussie de plus de 5 ans dans un poste similaire.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.

- Une fois les premières informations et étapes passées, nous organisons une rencontre et/ou un entretien technique avec les équipes techniques du client.
- Si nous nous projetons ensemble sur une collaboration, nous vous présenterons durant un 3ème entretien, idéalement en physique, le contrat de travail que nous vous proposons.
